Terms and conditions

Enquiries and lead time
Booking requests must be made at least six months before intended arrival. An enquiry does not confirm availability or create a booking.
Personalised quotations
Fees are calculated from selected regions and hikes, group size, dates, accommodation, transport, meals, guides and optional activities. A booking is confirmed only under the payment and acceptance terms stated in the final quotation.
Package inclusions
Hosted packages are all-inclusive of accommodation and travel. The exact accommodation, transfers, meals, permits, guides and activities included are those listed in the accepted itinerary and quotation.
Routes and safety
Final route selection may change because of weather, trail condition, closures, river levels, group fitness or safety. Guests must follow host and guide instructions and disclose relevant health or mobility considerations.
Third-party services
Accommodation, transport, golf, safari, resort and other services may be delivered by independent providers and remain subject to availability and their operating terms. No affiliation with a resort or attraction is implied unless stated.
Insurance and personal responsibility
Appropriate travel and hiking insurance is recommended. Training guidance does not replace personal medical advice.
Changes and cancellations
Specific payment, change, cancellation and refund terms will be provided with each personalised quotation before acceptance.

Package inclusions and exclusions
Unless your personalised proposal states otherwise, the hosted package includes accommodation, in-country travel connected to the itinerary, hiking guidance, and the meals and activities listed in that proposal. International flights, visas, personal travel insurance, personal purchases and unlisted activities are excluded.
Packages start from USD 5,000 per person. Final prices vary by region, routes, duration, accommodation, season and group size. Custom packages and group deals are available.
